Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preferences after an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product ordered. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production or processing has begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
